Discreet Shipping: All of our items are shipped in brown boxes with only our mailing address on the label. Shipping time varies depending on the time you placed your order as well as your location. Shipping is FREE for standard shipping. If you want to upgrade shipping, ex. overnight, then you must include that information on your order to be charged the additional shipping amount.

Returns: We do NOT credit you for any items returned unless they do not perform due to a manufacturer's defect. Please return it to us and we will replace it at no charge. DVD's are returnable only if unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer's defect. *Your satisfaction is our main concern. Please contact us directly if you have any further question.

*We DO NOT ship to anywhere outside of the continental United States (other than Alaska and Hawaii). We need PHYSICAL addresses to ship to. Post Office boxes are unacceptable. We use UPS as a standard shipper and they do not ship to PO Boxes. For military personal, we can ship to an APO (we LOVE our military men and women here so we will go above and beyond to help out!). PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO UTAH (we understand it is frustrating for you, however, there are laws that we have to abide by, we apologize for any inconvenience).
